I've spent my career helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change.

Over the years, I've learned that most organizational challenges aren't simply people problems.

More often, they are the result of leadership, culture, structure, systems, and business goals no longer evolving at the same pace.

That is why my work has never fit neatly into traditional HR.

While my background includes leading people functions and serving as a Chief People Officer, my focus has always been broader: helping organizations understand who they are, where they are going, and what needs to evolve to get there.

Before founding Transformative People Solutions, I spent more than a decade helping scale an organization from approximately 20 employees to more than 2,500 employees, while supporting revenue growth from $2M to more than $600M. During that time, I built and evolved leadership, culture, people, communication, and organizational systems through multiple stages of growth, complexity, and transformation.

That experience shaped the way I see organizations.

I believe great organizations do not happen by accident.

They are intentionally designed.

At TPS, I call this work Organizational Architecture™: the intentional alignment of leadership, culture, structure, systems, employee experience, and business strategy so an organization can evolve with greater clarity, adaptability, and purpose.

Today, through Transformative People Solutions, I partner with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams to help organizations evolve through growth, transformation, and change.

My approach combines organizational design, leadership development, people strategy, operational effectiveness, and a deep belief that performance and employee fulfillment are not competing priorities.

The strongest organizations achieve both.

Because when people understand who they are, organizations understand who they are, and both continue evolving intentionally, work becomes more meaningful, leadership becomes clearer, and companies become more capable of building what comes next.
