The Experience Behind TPS
Kimberly Celic
Founder & CEO
Organizational Architect | Fractional Chief People Officer | Strategic Advisor
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve helped build and evolve the leadership, culture, people, and organizational systems behind companies moving through scale, complexity, and transformation.
At Strategic Financial Solutions, I helped support the company’s growth from approximately 20 employees to more than 2,500 employees and from roughly $2M to $600M+ in revenue. Along the way, I helped develop and support more than 300 leaders while building the people, leadership, culture, and operating foundations needed for each stage of growth.

More About Me
What I learned is that most organizational challenges are not simply people problems.
They are often signs that the organization has outgrown the way it was previously designed.
Leadership, culture, structure, systems, communication, employee experience, and business priorities start moving at different speeds. Complexity increases. Accountability gets unclear. Culture starts to drift. Performance becomes harder to sustain.
That is why my work has never fit neatly into traditional HR.
At TPS, I call this work Organizational Architecture™: the intentional alignment of leadership, culture, structure, systems, employee experience, and purpose-driven strategy around the future needs of the business.
I partner with CEOs, founders, and leadership teams to help organizations identify what needs to evolve and build the next version of themselves with greater clarity, adaptability, and intention.
Because great organizations do not happen by accident.
They are intentionally designed to evolve.
